Kitchen Assistant
Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic full and part-time kitchen assistants for Route 74 Truckstop in Glasgow.
The following are required :
Must have at least 1 years experience working in a commercial kitchen.
Basic knowledge of cooking and food hygiene procedures.
Be smart in appearance, have good timekeeping skills and be able to work under pressure at busy periods.
You will be joining a small team under the instruction and supervision from the head chef. Duties will include : Salad Prep, Soups, Breakfasts, Toasties & Sandwiches, Sweets etc.
Other general duties will include the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.
Must be flexible in working different shifts and weekends if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 11.50-12.00 per hour
