Joining a team of established Instructors / coaches, alongside our Junior Leadership Team and our Instructor Training Program candidates.

Working within adults and either/or youths, juniors & female only groups teaching Boxing, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing (one or multiple skill sets welcome)

Options available at our HQ (Bournemouth) and location 2 (Ringwood)

Responsibilities:

- Leading to: specifically delivering 4-Week Beginners courses to single sex and mixed groups in either Thai/Kickboxing or Boxing, leading to a transition to full membership.
- Working to a specific format, whilst adding your own individual stamp.
- Provide instruction and guidance to individuals or groups in a Beginners setting.
- Deliver the curriculum to meet the needs of participants.
- Monitor and evaluate participant progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of participants during all activities
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Undergo training to convert clients from course to full membership (Sales & Closing)

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Thai-Kickboxing and/or Boxing coaching or instructing is essential
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the specific style(s) is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively educate and engage participants of different ages, skill levels & learning groups
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check

As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for sports and education with others. You will play a vital role in helping participants develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a love for physical activity. You will also be a key contributor to their transition from course member to full member.

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
