We're a small, family-run business with locations across Edinburgh and East Lothian -- and we're looking for a full-time Trainee Supervisor to join our North Berwick Gelato store.
About the job:
40 hours per week
Permanent or summer seasonal position
1-month training period (with a lower training rate) to make sure the role is a good fit for you -- and for us!
This is a busy, fast-moving environment, especially over the summer, so you'll need to be confident thinking on your feet, handling lots of tasks at once, and keeping things running smoothly.
We're a small team, so being able to take constructive feedback and work well with others is really important. We want people who are proactive, positive, and ready to get stuck in!
Your role will include but is not limited to:
Running the store and leading the team
Serving customers with a smile (even when the queue is out the door!)
Keeping the store spotless and organised
Stock takes and placing orders
Delegating tasks and supporting the whole team
