The Role Candidate:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the KS3 curriculum.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching materials and strategies.
• Participate in school-wide events and initiatives.
• Uphold the school\xe2\x80\x99s values and promote a positive school culture.

The Ideal candidate:

\xc3\xbc Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

\xc3\xbc Relevant subject expertise for KS3 teaching.

\xc3\xbc Strong classroom management skills.

\xc3\xbc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc3\xbc Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
