We are looking for a self-motivated, confident sales professional who takes initiative, builds strong publisher relationships, and can independently manage their pipeline while effectively reporting in internal meetings. The ideal Key Account Manager will have experience working in the Publishing / Printing / Book Distribution industry, and/or solid demonstrated success of B2B sales in a relevant industry. You will thrive in a proactive, self-motivated environment and be comfortable with negotiating and closing deals, while also developing long-term partnerships both internally and externally. You will take ownership of the sales and drive this part of the business. This is a high-growth, fast-moving area, with strong support and good opportunity for further expansion.The Role
As Key Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of publisher accounts across Academic, Professional, Religion & Trade publishing, working to increase print on demand title submissions, revenue, and sales targets, whilst cross- and up-sell publishing services. You will develop growth strategies for both existing and new publishers to increase POD adoption and drive sales. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities for publishers.
You will report on performance, market trends, and sales activities, providing actionable insights to inform business strategies. This is a pivotal role and an opportunity to build and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
