We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will be passionate about advertising, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen ability to foster and maintain client relationships. You will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of OOH advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities


- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their advertising goals and providing tailored OOH solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute innovative advertising strategies that leverage various OOH formats, including billboards, transit, and digital displays.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in the development of proposals and pitches to secure new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the OOH advertising space to provide clients with insightful recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide clients with regular updates and performance reports, making recommendations for optimization as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and campaign details in the company's CRM system.

Skills


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in account management or sales within the advertising industry, preferably in Out of Home advertising.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with OOH advertising formats and metrics is a plus, but not required.

This role will be based in Cardiff (Hybrid working available) and covering the whole of Wales.
