A talent manager is not just responsible for building connections between successful creators and the brands they partner with - they are much more! We build strategies for creators that provide commercial opportunities for the long term, whilst maintaining a level of wellbeing and support them.
You'll be shown the ropes directly by the founder of Hyped - assisting him every step of the way as he grows the business through new partnerships. You'll be learning from the very best.
We expect you to pick up new things quickly and diligently, so that in time you are able to take on your own clients. You'll have the opportunity to grow Hyped's business, whilst also earning commission on your own deals.
About The Role
As a Junior Talent Manager, you'll learn how to shape and manage creators' strategy - sourcing, negotiating and closing partnership opportunities with some of the globe's leading influencers and brands. Your talent will take care of actual content creation - but you'll be responsible for taking care of business.
You'll spend your first months shadowing Max, the CEO of Hyped, as he manages his own roster. This should be the perfect first step to becoming a world-leading talent manager. You'll also be assisting Max in his duties as CEO as he drives the company forward.

Base Salary:
26-28k
Bonus:
Team bonus up to 15% of salary. Plus commission once targets hit.
