Due to the growth of Efficio, our IT function are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Service Desk Engineer to join our team.
The role and responsibilities will include:
Providing first-line help desk support
Troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues
Dealing with employees of Efficio at all levels
Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems are functional
Escalating support calls
To help deploy and maintain Efficio assets across the network
Maintaining & tracking priorities and objectives
Help communicate and train users in line with introduction of new solutions & technologies
To work in accordance with agreed delivery standards and documentation including ISO 27001
Service Desk and user support is the primary function of the role but there will be opportunities to be involved in & support IT projects/roll-outs
Opportunities to travel to other Efficio sites/offices when required
Working hours will be 9.00 \xe2\x80\x93 17.30, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, supporting Efficio staff globally.
Essential Requirements
Graduate level (IT related degree preferable)
Skills /Technologies experience/exposure:
Windows 10 and Azure AD
Atlassian Products including JIRA and Confluence
Excellent command of written and spoken English
MS Office 365 Suite
MS Endpoint Manager
Service Desk Platform knowledge (ServiceNow, Jira, FreshDesk etc)
Customer Service Experience beneficial
Desirable Requirements

Ability to remain calm under pressure
Personable and diplomatic
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
Strong team player
IT and technically minded with previous experience/exposure beneficial
Prior use of Office 365 and Azure knowledge would be beneficial
