Job Description

Your role

From working closely with the Service Design Engineer with all aspects of their day to day responsibilities, you will be supporting with providing technical designs for new opportunities, whilst ensuring that customer requirements and implementation lead times can be met. You will have the opportunity to learn and ensure the corporate design principles with respect to standardization, power, cooling, and place are followed and reflected in the designs. This will be a varied role where you will gain an understanding of technical design in the Service Design function and work with the Service Design Engineer to learn the Design approval process.

What you\'ll need

• Interest in working within the Data Centre industry.

• Work experience in the data centre sector or telecommunications (desirable).

• Experience / interest in working with Auto CAD, CFD Modelling.

• Fluent in Microsoft office applications.

• Electrical engineering knowledge/ training desirable

• Mechanical engineering knowledge / training desirable

• CNET level 3,4 training desirable.
