Position Overview:

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and helping to drive business growth. You will work closely with both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, passionate about sales, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients in the FX/mould-making sector. Generate new business through cold calling, emails, and outreach campaigns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Provide product information and assist clients in understanding the benefits of our FX and mould-making solutions. Collaborate with senior sales staff to prepare proposals and quotations. Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and progress in CRM systems. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.

Key Requirements:

An experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Strong interest in the FX/mould-making industry or similar sectors. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of sales processes. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and closing sales.
