Junior Sales Executive



Location: Central Reading (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day remote)

Salary: 26,000 per annum + target-based commission

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm



About the Role



We're looking for a keen and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales Team based in our central Reading office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who learns quickly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for sales. You'll be joining a small, supportive team within a rapidly growing business--where your contributions will be visible and valued.



Key Responsibilities


Handle and qualify incoming sales enquiries in a prompt, professional manner Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live website chat enquiries Conduct online demonstrations of TrustID's core product range Track and follow up on ongoing sales opportunities within the pipeline Refer qualified leads to senior members of the sales team Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales activity Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding Attend exhibitions and external client meetings as needed

Full training on our product suite will be provided. You will also be expected to stay informed about product updates and market trends.



What We're Looking For


Degree preferred (but not essential) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner Fluent in English, both written and spoken Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Self-motivated, professional, and adaptable Able to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable working from our central Reading office 4 days per week
