Join Our Team! Junior Property Manager Wanted Are you passionate about property and ready to start or take your career to the next level? Humphreys of Chester are looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.   • Assisting with repair and maintenance issues for managed properties
  • Assisting with any move-in processes and admin
  • Liaising with our landlord clients
  • Booking contractors taking quotes and arranging access to properties
  • Carry out inventory inspections and check out inspections
  • Carrying out property inspections and compiling inspection reports for landlord clients
  • Assisting in handling deposit dispute negotiations
  • Assisting the Lettings team where needed
  • Delivering an excellent service to tenants and landlords
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9am-5.30pm
  • Saturday: 9am-3pm on a rota basis (1 in 6)
*Saturday working: If working the Saturday, a day off given during that week. The successful applicant will but not limited to: -
  • Previous experience in property management, accounts, and administrative or customer-service-based roles
  • Be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent organisational and IT skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be self-motivated and capable of working under their own initiative
  • Be resilient and calm under pressure
  • Be able to manage a busy workload and prioritise well
  • Have a full, clean driving license \xe2\x80\x93 THIS IS MANDATORY
  • Live within easy access to Chester and surrounding areas
