is looking for a dynamic and highly organised

Junior Project Manager

to join our team in our Production department. This role will involve both project coordination and production support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and be eager to develop within a creative Point of Sale business.

You'll play a key part in managing the smooth flow of work from design through to delivery--ensuring materials are in place, teams are briefed and deadlines are met.The role will also include handling incoming phone calls and making outbound calls, ensuring professional and timely communication with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities



Production & Project Coordination



Ensure all production work is completed on time and to the required quality standard. Coordinate schedules across the production team based on project timelines. Provide clear and consistent instructions to manufacturing teams. Keep internal teams and clients informed about the status of ongoing projects. Monitor deadlines and ensure all projects are factored into production planning. Identify areas for improvement in processes and contribute to continuous development.

Material Purchasing



Purchase all materials required for production and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and issue resolution. Ensure customer updates are communicated clearly and promptly.

Excellent communicator with a confident, professional manner (written and verbal). Strong multitasking and organisational abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to prioritise and manage workload across multiple projects. Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Technical Knowledge



Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Confident using production or scheduling software (training provided). Understanding of print and cutting machinery (or willingness to learn).

Experience



Previous experience in a project or production admin role is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or POS environment is desirable but not essential.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
