We're looking for a

Junior Marketing & Sales Executive

to join our growing hospitality brand, which spans a collection of vibrant pubs and restaurants. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in both marketing and sales, while playing a meaningful role in shaping how our venues connect with customers and stand out in a competitive market.

What You'll Be Doing



Marketing & Content



Assist in developing and scheduling content for our pub and restaurant brands across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Work closely with senior leadership to support and help

shape and execute the overall marketing strategy

across multiple venues. Liaise with graphic designers, content creators, and our PR agency to deliver campaigns, press opportunities, and seasonal activations. Coordinate photo and video shoots on-site (and assist with capturing content when needed). Support the creation of email newsletters, menus, flyers, and in-venue marketing materials. Contribute ideas for brand initiatives, partnerships, seasonal events, and guest experiences.

Sales & Bookings



Manage and respond to incoming (reactive) booking enquiries including private dining, events, table bookings, and group hire. Proactively reach out to corporates, local businesses, and returning clients to drive new bookings and build brand awareness. Maintain booking platforms and CRM systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Liaise with GMs and venue teams to ensure smooth delivery of all bookings and events.

We're Looking For Someone Who:



Has excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Is confident on social media and has an eye for creating content that connects with the right audience. Enjoys working in a dynamic, hospitality-led environment and understands the importance of guest experience. Is eager to learn, highly organised, and comfortable juggling multiple projects. Takes initiative and is excited to contribute ideas to the overall marketing and sales direction.

Bonus Points If You Have:



Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools like Later or Planoly. Knowledge of booking platforms like OpenTable, SevenRooms, or DesignMyNight. A background or strong interest in hospitality, events, food and beverage. Any experience with PR, email marketing tools, photography or content creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
