Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role: We are currently seeking a Junior Labourer to support day-to-day operations at our busy fabrication yard in Aberdeen. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is keen to develop hands-on experience in a fabrication environment. You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople, helping maintain a clean, safe, and productive work area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general yard duties including loading and unloading materials Support mechanical teams as required Keep work areas tidy and free of hazards (e.g. sweeping, removing debris, waste disposal) Move tools, materials, and equipment around the yard safely Follow all health and safety procedures and wear PPE at all times Assist with basic tasks such as grinding, cutting, and prepping materials (under supervision)
Skills & Requirements
:No prior experience required, but previous site or yard work is an advantage Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Good team player with a strong work ethic Basic understanding of health & safety Must be eligible to work in the UK Driving Licence
