Together, the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business. About the role

  • You\'ll be working as part of our high performing HR Business Partnering team with the aim of supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with a variety of interesting people projects.
  • With a specific focus on supporting the Advisory & Consulting Service Line\'s aspiring leadership teams with their activities, co-ordinating promotion process and helping deliver the people plan.
  • Supporting the Risk & Regulatory Consulting Business Unit, with a focus on guiding and developing the people manager population.
  • Working with people managers and the early careers development team to organise and support the Business Unit\'s growing and diverse trainee population (pathway, skills and pay mapping) with the intention of expanding this focus to wider Channel 2 and becoming the team\'s trainee champion.
  • This role would be suited a strong HR generalist with experience in an Advisor role and is looking to take the next step in their career.
What are we looking for?
  • Relevant HR Advisor experience with a track record of advising on a range of employee relations issues
  • Demonstrates high levels of professional knowledge, expertise, and integrity
  • Demonstrates an awareness of current and forthcoming UK employment law
  • Aspirations to progress into a HR Business Partner role
  • Strong interest in data analytics
  • Strong IT (Microsoft) skills, specifically Excel
