Junior Graphic Designer - Warrington - GBP \xc2\xa320,000 - \xc2\xa325,000 DOE

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs.

This role requires you to work from the Warrington-based office. This means you will need to live and have the right to work in the UK.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• A good understanding of branding
• A good understanding of User Experience and User-Centric Design
• Typography, layout, and composition skills

The Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions for a wide range of projects, including print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web banners, and more
• Assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling design concepts that effectively communicate the company\'s message and enhance its brand image
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative insights to support project development and marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve your skills and bring innovative design solutions to the team

The Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various mediums
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and discuss design concepts
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
