About the Role:

As a Junior Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team in the planning, execution, and management of a wide range of events and marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with clients from diverse industries, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in event coordination, project management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of both virtual and in-person events, from concept through to execution Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring their needs are met Support with logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and event timelines Help create promotional materials and coordinate event marketing efforts across various channels Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions to meet client objectives Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking key metrics and event outcomes Provide general administrative support to the events and marketing team

What You Bring to the Table:

A passion for event planning and marketing with a strong interest in sales-driven environments Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to fast-changing circumstances A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required
