Junior eCommerce & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Junior eCommerce & Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our digital growth. In this role you will gain hands on experience in eCommerce supporting our online stores and assisting with marketing campaigns. If you have a hands-on attitude, and want to build a career in online retail, this is the perfect opportunity to get stuck in and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with product uploads, content updates, and visual merchandising across all online stores.

Optimise product listings by updating descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO elements.

Identify opportunities to improve the website user experience and suggest enhancements.

Monitor and analyse site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviours

Stay up to date with features, ecommerce trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.

Assist with the designs and executions of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Web Development or a related field is desirable.

Knowledge of languages such as Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.

Experience with marketplaces & eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage.

A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the wider teams.

Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce analytics is a plus.

Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities with the ability to multitask.
