About the Role:

ArvatoConnect are looking for a Junior Digital CX Architect to join our dynamic IT design team where you'll play a key part in designing forward-thinking digital customer experience solutions that drive real change. Working closely with business and technical teams, you'll help shape scalable, secure, and user-centred architectures that enhance how we connect with customers. From developing CX prototypes and translating requirements into technical designs, to supporting strategic decisions and exploring emerging technologies like AI, DevSecOps, and cloud platforms - this is a role where your ideas will matter.

What you'll do:

Design and deliver smart, scalable CX solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Create engaging prototypes that enhance digital interactions and customer journeys. Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions are intuitive, accessible, and technically sound. Produce clear and detailed architecture documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs. Translate business needs into robust architectural designs and present these to stakeholders. Support the development of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent solution delivery. Play a key role in technical assurance and decision-making by acting as an escalation point within the architecture team. Maintain and update the enterprise architecture repository to reflect evolving systems and solutions.

What you'll bring to the table:

Prior experience/knowledge in solution architecture design. Understanding of key contact centre technologies: Voice, IVR, webchat, email, APIs, and platforms like Genesys, Salesforce, and ZenDesk. Awareness of cloud services and architecture (AWS, Azure). Familiarity with DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Some exposure to AI technologies and how they enhance CX. Comfortable with modern programming concepts (Python, JavaScript), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Basic knowledge of networking concepts, especially SD-WAN. Strong communicator - able to engage with stakeholders across technical and business teams.

Minimum Criteria:

Basic knowledge or demonstrable experience in solution architecture design. Understanding of contact centre technologies and how they support digital CX. Familiarity with DevSecOps and AI in customer experience. A willingness to learn and pursue relevant certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, UX/UI, or CX tools). Flexibility to work in a remote environment and occasionally travel to ArvatoConnect sites or client locations.
