As a Junior Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content that resonates with various audiences. You will work closely with our creative team to brainstorm, plan, and create videos that align with our clients' goals and brand.
The right candidate will:
Be an experienced self-shooter, including camera operating, lighting, and directing people/talent.
A skilled editor of short form content, with a creative eye for visual style and execution.
Knowledge of Adobe suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) as well as Motion Graphic skills.
Have an interest in social media and current video style trends, from TikTok to Documentary to Case Study films.
Be keen to learn and involved within the creative industry.
Welsh speakers are highly valued for this role given our bilingual content;
however we are open to applications from all qualified candidates.
Key Skills:
Experience with Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and optionally, Blackmagic Resolve and Capcut.
Proficiency with both lighting and camera kit.
Good motion graphic skills with a creative style.
Directing skills with an eye for narrative and detail.
Organised, with an attention to detail and file management.
Pre-production skills, including pre-shoot planning, time management, and working within budgets.
Work well under pressure and against deadlines.
Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask across numerous projects.
Great interpersonal skills working within the video team, the wider company, and talent on shoots.
A clean drivers license is beneficial but not essential.
