As a Junior Commercial Associate, you will be able to take part in key projects which will make a real impact on Miniclip's performance as well as supporting the team to build and drive new business opportunities.DUTIESYou will work on a variety of tasks to supporting the Commercial team, including:

• Working to assist initial developer outreach to final approval sign-off.
• Being the initial point of contact for all new business opportunities with prospective developers.
• Proactively identifying new opportunities through data analysis and market research, primarily focusing on the Asian market.
• Managing the creation of internal documentation and data analysis to present and review opportunities to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
• Forging strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered and executed in a timely manner.
• Translating documents between English and Mandarin Chinese or vice versa.
• Assisting the Commercial team with ad-hoc responsibilities that require support.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCEWe're looking for people who want to get involved in every aspect of our business development, who aren't afraid of hard work, proactive, and don't wait to be given work.The ideal candidate will be looking for opportunities to gain commercial experience through developing and driving new business development initiatives in an exciting, fast-growing industry. To be successful in your application you'll need:

• At least 1-year experience in game industry related, QA, developer relations, business development, ad network or comparable field.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create presentation slides independently and present them to audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail and must be able to work flexibly when necessary.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management software.
• Previous internship experience or evidence of extra-curricular activities/ positions of responsibility
• Critical thinking, data analysis and research skills
• Excellent organisational skills.

Desirable:

• A relevant degree qualification or working towards one in a legal, business or finance related subject
