As a Junior Call Centre Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns by handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Respond to inbound enquiries and provide knowledgeable answers.
Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional manner at all times.
Record customer information accurately and update the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign objectives.
Handle customer objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions.
Attend regular training sessions to refine product knowledge and communication skills.
