As a Junior Call Centre Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our direct marketing campaigns by contacting customers, providing information, and promoting client products and services over the phone. You'll work as part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving campaign targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Present client products and services in an engaging and professional manner.
Answer customer enquiries and resolve any concerns effectively.
Build strong relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily and weekly targets related to call volume, quality, and sales.
Accurately update and maintain customer information in the system.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop skills.
