The plant-based drink and yoghurts market is valued at 650m and consumed by 50% of households, many of whom adopt a flexitarian approach to their diet driven by health benefits, seeking variety of ingredients and taste, environmental sustainability, and ethical considerations



As a marketing team our focus is on engaging consumers with Alpro's leading position on health and supporting consumers to lead healthier, happier and balanced lives.





The Alpro Junior Brand Manager (JBM) will provide support for full Alpro team to drive the delivery of the full year plan and commercial objectives of the category. Please note, this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Activities:

Lead the plant-based protein drinks and yoghurts portfolio growth plan, including innovation and communications.

Assist the SBM on the plant-based yoghurts portfolio, which has significant focus and A&P investment in 2025/6.

Support internal launches, retailer engagement days, and brand inductions as required.

Take the lead with key stakeholders and communicate with influence.

Manage advertising and promotion (A&P) activities.

About you

We would like you to demonstrate you have the following key skills:


Demonstrate full ownership of scope, make sound decisions, problem solve, prioritize, and overcome obstacles.

Takes the lead with key stakeholders & communicate with influence

Lead autonomously within the role, adapt behaviour, develop self, and understand own contribution to the function.

Analyse multiple data sources to understand brand and market performance and P&L.

Understand consumer trends and work collaboratively as a team player.

Salary Bracket

: 32,000 - 36,000.
