We are looking for a passionate and guests focused Junior Bartender to join our incredible Straits Kitchen & Bar team at Pan Pacific London.


You show confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work and you put people at the heart of every decision you make, then we would love to hear from you.

JOB SUMMARY

Working as the Junior Bartender, your main role will be delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests. Working under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and upholding the hotel's standards for excellence. Your tasks as a Junior Bartender will include but not be limited to:



Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the bar

Contributing to the overall guest experience

Delivering high-quality service

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar

Ensuring the satisfaction of our esteemed guests

Take and process drink orders accurately and promptly

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other speciality drinks

Follow all hotel and bar policies, including those related to responsible alcohol service.
