The role is based on auditing our high volume of inbound and outbound correspondence to ensure that all relevant information is recorded in our system correctly and reflected accurately on our outbound correspondence to lenders and third parties, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service [FOS].
Responsibilities include:
Review of documentation within our inhouse categorisation and AI training portals and Case Management System and feedback on our internal machine learning and AI processes.
Identify lender correspondence trends and track and report changes.
Assisting in training our AI application on errors identified to make improvements.
Review of documentation within our Quality Assurance process, to ensure all information matches our records before issuing to lenders/FOS.
Update the QA process collating feedback from the wider business to make sure fully operational.
Support the document categorisation process.
The role is a full-time role,
working 37.5 hours a week
, reporting to the Head of Compliance Relations and work closely with the Head of Insights and other departments.
About You:
Essential
A keen eye for detail with the ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections.
Working with pace and accuracy in line with set targets, whilst ensuring the privacy and security of information at all times, in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn and keep up to date with technical processes.
The desire to work as part of a team, and always willing to share knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Experience in a similar regulated business, such as SRA or FCA regulated.
Experience in a quality role and conducting internal quality audits.
Degree level education or relevant experience in similar role.
