Duties

Assist in the creation, preparing, proofing and checking of visually appealing designs for digital-ready print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and website assets. Collaborate with senior designers, marketing, sales and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop innovative concepts that align with project goals. Develop/maintain brand identities for both customers and our business. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and layouts. Participate in brainstorming sessions and present design ideas effectively to the team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Supply ad hoc design collateral for the business.

Qualifications

Prior experience in graphic design, either professionally or as part of a personal portfolio. A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required for consideration. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. Excellent English writing skills. Ability to work to deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Eagerness to learn, take initiative and grow within the role. Knowledge of print design is advantageous.
