About the Role
As our Junior Clinical Admin & Operations Apprentice, you'll play a key support role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. From patient care to admin and creative tasks, you'll develop a broad range of skills across clinical, operational, and marketing areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting practitioners during treatments by updating patient notes
Managing client records and helping deliver an excellent patient journey
Booking appointments, handling enquiries, and following up on leads
Assisting with basic stock checks and ordering supplies
Creating simple marketing materials (e.g., Canva posters or leaflets)
Supporting social media content and campaign ideas
Helping with daily admin tasks and local outreach (such as leafleting)
Learning key systems and processes to support the clinic end-to-end

Who This Role is For
This apprentice-style, entry-level role would suit someone who is:
Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Interested in wellness, beauty, or aesthetics (a bonus, but not required)
Confident with basic digital tools (like email or Canva), or keen to learn
Comfortable speaking with clients and working independently
Flexible and willing to travel locally between branches when needed
