The Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Account Executive to join our growing operations team. You will work closely with our operations managers and within the technology Operations team to help deliver outstanding results for one of our major client partnerships.


This role will give you exposure to campaign delivery, workforce coordination, and our proprietary Ted-technology platform, with a strong emphasis on operations, compliance, and reporting. It's a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and develop your career with lots of incredible varied experience.

Key Objectives:

Support the execution of campaigns to ensure operational, technological, and reporting excellence Help maintain the Ted-technology platform, ensuring great user experiences for both field teams and clients Assist in the development of processes to drive continuous improvement across operations and technology Work closely with internal teams to support the successful day-to-day running of field campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Support:



Become confident in using and supporting Ted-technology and reporting systems Help build surveys and reporting templates for campaign data capture Assist with basic system testing and user feedback reporting Support internal teams and field teams with troubleshooting tech queries

Operations & Logistics:



Liaise with warehouses and suppliers to help arrange kit deliveries to field teams Help monitor stock levels and asset tracking systems, ensuring accurate records Support the management of kit orders, replenishments, and field team asset compliance
###

Staffing Admin & Compliance:



Help maintain accurate staffing databases and booking portals Monitor staff attendance records and help process any changes Assist in managing bonuses and fines for field teams as directed
###

Reporting & Data Capture:



Help set up and maintain campaign reporting systems using Ted-technology Assist with pulling data reports and ensuring client deliverables are accurate and timely Support system updates and liaise with senior team members to escalate any platform issues
###

Interdepartmental Support:



Work collaboratively with internal teams, providing ad hoc support as required Communicate professionally with field teams to help resolve day-to-day issues Assist in building positive relationships with field managers and team leads

Candidate Profile:

1+ years experience in an operations, staffing, field marketing, or event support role (agency or brand side) Strong administrative and organisational skills Passionate about data and technology and how it can drive business improvements Detail-oriented, with a love for getting things right first time Confident communicator (written and verbal) with a can-do attitude Enjoys working with people and solving problems in a dynamic environment Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office A fast learner, eager to develop technical skills and operational know-how Self-motivated and reliable with a proactive approach to work
