Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a
Junior Product Analyst
, you'll be right at the heart of product delivery. You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Squad Managers, Developers, Testers, UI/UX Designers, and our clients -- gathering requirements, writing user stories, and helping to create products that actually make a difference.
You won't just tick boxes -- you'll help build a shared understanding of what success looks like and how we're going to achieve it.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Business Analyst in gathering and validating requirements
Writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Documenting use cases, process flows, and system interactions
Collaborating with squads and clients to align on goals
Contributing positively in workshops and stakeholder meetings
Helping maintain a crystal-clear view of product requirements
Prioritising work using Agile techniques and helping manage the backlog
Thriving in a fast-moving Agile environment across multiple projects
Who We're Looking For
Early career professional -- whether you're just starting out or already have some hands-on experience in a similar role (internships, placements, or junior roles welcome!)
A strong communicator -- written, spoken, and everything in between
Analytical thinker with next-level attention to detail
Someone who loves problem-solving and working cross-functionally
Comfortable in fast-paced environments (buzzwords are nice, but delivery is better)
An engaged, positive contributor to workshops and team sessions
Bonus if you have:
Some knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrids)
Experience with user story mapping, user journeys, or user-centred design
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Exposure to techniques like BPMN 2.0, UML, or writing Gherkin-style acceptance criteria
