Fairbairn Joinery is seeking a time served joiner to join our team and help us reach our goals. We have a good work environment, and would like to add someone to our team who can provide the highest quality work.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-employed candidate, however employment may be considered for the right candidate. Additional working hours can be discussed.

The primary role of the job is to complete the tasks as stated by the client.

Essential Functions:

Assist in daily tasks, such as: Kitchen fitting, building media walls, laying flooring, hanging doors, fitting balustrades, installing fencing, installing decking including soft wood, hard wood and composite, housing association work available also. Assist in other duties as assigned. Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others. Keep accurate time. Must be able to use various tools and equipment such as power tools, hand tools, etc. Must have own van and tools available. Must be able to work with limited supervision throughout the day while completing projects. Must be able to take direction from supervisors throughout the day when required. Must be able to read and understand construction drawings at all times. Must be able to work independently throughout the day when needed. Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 17.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Monday to Friday Overtime
