Job Description


ComX are pleased to offer job shadowing opportunities to support individuals with a disability to gain essential skills, experience and knowledge in the workplace. The scheme offers you experience of an occupational environment, that is potentially different from what you are used to. ComX can offer you job shadowing in the following specialist areas, or a mix (depending on preference).

  • Administration
  • Recruitment and Resourcing
  • Compliance and Onboarding
  • Finance and Accounting
Important information
  • You will be observing only
  • Job shadowing is not paid
  • Job shadowing is not direct work experience, with no responsibilities
  • Job shadowing is short term (we can offer just a few hours to a number of days, depending on individual preferences)
  • If there is an opening for employment, this can be discussed further during the shadowing experience, if this is something that you would like (this is optional)
