We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Job Scheduler to join our team. This is a vital role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you have some accounts experience that would be great.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Use the company scheduling software to allocate maintenance work to engineers
- Assist with data entry tasks(Purchase Invoices) and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Utilise Microsoft tools to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling and planning mobile engineer
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
