Job summary:
This role is responsible for supporting Retailer.com Online Manager in driving online sales for Jo Malone London across a portfolio of retailers and pure play websites.
You will be building strong relationships with the retailer.com and pure play teams and ensure all trade activities, new product launches and campaigns are executed on time and with Jo Malone London brand in front of retailer\xe2\x80\x99s mind.
You will be the main point of contact for online retailer marketing and brand queries.
Key Roles & Responsibilities RO
Sales and reporting
\xc2\xb7 Produce regular reports on Retailer.com and product performance.
\xc2\xb7 Manage reports and distribution of the online gift with purchase and sampling programmes, highlighting key learnings, performance and future opportunities internal stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with retail partners to obtain analytics on retailer programs as well as digital insights on coverage, page and product performance.
\xc2\xb7 Contribute to post campaign analysis decks for all key launches and trading periods.
Collaboration with Retailer.com team
\xc2\xb7 Build and nurture relationships with key online retailer contacts ensuring the Jo Malone London is front of mind in retailer considerations.
\xc2\xb7 Be the main contact for online retailer marketing queries/content/brand pages and gift with purchase, supporting the Retailer.com Online Manager to define the correct tactics by retailer and channel.
\xc2\xb7 Create Retailer planning calendar sharing it with key stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Execute the online Gift with Purchase programme in partnership with the Retailer.com Online Manager. Work with Marketing team to ensure 360 campaign experience.
\xc2\xb7 Manage the online emerging retail partners, building relationships with team, planning commercial activations in line with sales targets and representing online in all business meetings.
\xc2\xb7 Support the Retailer.com Online Manager in forward planning, in line with sales targets and incremental opportunities for all retailer.coms.
\xc2\xb7 Support the Retailer.com Online Manager with investment packages/partnerships/content requirements. Raising POs and supporting with P&L administration.
\xc2\xb7 Contribute and feedback ideas for future opportunities on retailer.com platforms using insights and competitor analysis.
\xc2\xb7 Own the execution of the sampling plan for retailer.com and support Retailer.com Online Manager in the forecasting and planning process of sample strategy for each retailer site based on functionality, marketing calendar and incremental opportunities.
\xc2\xb7 Attend weekly meetings to ensure a full understanding of the stock availability and delivery for retailer groups for the coming week and future launches/deliveries.
\xc2\xb7 Work with your retailer contacts to streamline processes and ensure ways of working together are efficient for all stakeholders.
\xc2\xb7 Support the Retailer.com Online Manager in strategy meetings and strategy follow-up meetings executing actions thereafter.
\xc2\xb7 Conduct daily site-walks of key retailer.com accounts & liaise with teams on any issues found.
Campaigns, product and marketing launches
\xc2\xb7 Support the Retailer.com Online Manager in planning and executing launches and initiatives/investment on retailer partner websites.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the execution of all new product launches and marketing campaigns on retailer websites. Oversee bespoke retailer content requests with design and wider brand and online teams,
\xc2\xb7 Support the Retailer.com Online Manager in managing all stock allocations for Retailer.com and Pure Play sites and work alongside the Sales team to coordinate deliveries in a timely fashion.
\xc2\xb7 Understand new product concepts, target markets and planned global/in store marketing initiatives to help plan online launch to create a 360 customer experience.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate and coordinate with the teams to collate new product launch assets and plan extra content outside of the global launch packs.
\xc2\xb7 Create and coordinate content/emails briefs for retailer CRM emails and working with CRM team to ensure synergy between own site and retailer platforms.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the online retailer sampling database and support the online retailer.com manager with forecasting for the year ahead. Collaborate with marketing teams in executing all sampling activations for the full year.
\xc2\xb7 Routinely lead QA for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, product launches, marketing and merchandising of pages.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
\xc2\xb7 Commercial awareness, numerate and analytical with experience and exposure in a retail trading environment.
\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
\xc2\xb7 Confidence in leading both internal and external meetings.
\xc2\xb7 Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for driving the online business in line with sales targets.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third parties.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in managing multiple projects and ability to prioritise in the interest of the business.
\xc2\xb7 Strong PowerPoint skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of ecommerce best practise, website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
