Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth delivery of the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes with accuracy and rationality especially in sales, covering Europe region. This includes facilitating, managing and coordinating in cooperation with all departments including sales, marketing, license business and finance department across all European entities.
- Supply business operations team and accounting with revenue and expense targets/estimate and support them to be on track.
- Responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and reporting in a timely manner, ensuring that the Senior Manager is provided with a clear projection of what is going to happen.
- Support with the preparation of the financial review package for the monthly board meeting.
- Liaise with Japan HQ with regards to reporting submission requirements and inquiries.
- Review of processes, implementation of new systems, data maintenance and updates
- Tracking/Analysis
- Strong Japanese/English Communication Skills
- Previous experience in a finance role or similar.
- Demonstratable experience in sales forecasting and analysis is essential.
