Japanese speaking Job - Assistant Financial Accountant - London

The Skills You\'ll Need: Japanese,SUN accounting, AP
Office based
6 month temp
Start: ASAP
Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00
What You\'ll be Doing:
- Updating payment record in the database (Filemaker) and raise payment slips
- Preparation of journal import file for company\'s direct cost invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation, including contacting supplier for any missing invoices
- Purchase Ledger & Accounts Payable
- Setting up monthly payments
- Management and maintenance of supplier bank details
- Assistance of preparation of Accounts
- Multiple reconciliations in relation to cost & AP
- Japanese Language required
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in using accounting software (preferably SUN)
- Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephone enquiries
- Strong time management/multi tasking & organisational skills required
