The Background
We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a leading global Telecommunications Technology organisation on a contract basis. In this role you will both support the overall people strategy of the HR team and be a trusted partner to the country leadership team for strategic HR matters across the business in Italy. Please note due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will be a fluent Italian speaker, can be based remotely in the UK and be flexible to travel to Italy as and when required.

The Role
As the Country HR Business Partner you will ensure compliance to all legislative requirements in Italy. This will include implementing and managing change roll out as required by the business within the agreed timeframe. As part of the role you will analyze risk for the country and work in close partnership with the Employment Legal team to ensure plans are in place to correctly mitigate risk. You will also take ownership for the general business as usual HR operations including resolving Employee Relations cases and reviewing Reward & Recognition processes.

To be a successful HR Business Partner you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role with strong EMEA Transformation HR knowledge
• A degree or equivalent within human resource management or a similar subject
• Fluent in Italian and a skilled communicator and influencer with strong relationship building skills
