The role
As an IT Technical Administrator, you\'ll have a role that\'s out of the ordinary. You will support both the CIS team and customers and undertake the day-to-day operation.
Day to day, you\'ll action service desk calls in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
- Undertake the day-to-day operation of backup systems including rotation of backup tapes
- Issue and recover temp loan IT equipment
- Deploy and collect IT equipment
- Update the register of IT assets
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong 1st and 2nd line IT support skills
Qualifications for the IT Technical Administrator,
- Full British driving license
