We are excited to be partnering exclusively with a global client based in High Wycombe to recruit a newly created IT Support Engineer role. Permanent vacancy paying up to \xc2\xa335,000 and competitive benefits with hybrid working opportunities!
This is one of many newly created roles in the team to support a wider IT strategy which focuses on progressive Cyber Security and Cloud technologies.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to a global user base across UK, Europe, USA and Asia regions. This will be working within an established but fast-growing IT team who provide hardware and software support ensuring that you champion high quality customer service and expert level technical skills. Key responsibilities include:
- triaging and troubleshooting all end-user devices
- asset management and IT procurement
- managing IT tickets via ITSM tool
- basic network troubleshooting
- deploying PC imaging and profile set up for new computers
- managing ticket escalations
- Previous service desk experience providing 1st and 2nd line
- Proven understanding of ITIL, and use of ITSM tools
- Strong customer service
- Technical skills - Windows Server, Windows 10, O365 administration, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Sharepoint
