About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. This is a fully office-based position and is not suitable for remote or hybrid working. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving technical challenges. You'll be working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environments (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Maintain documentation and ensure systems meet industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with the wider team to support ongoing IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (essential).
Right to work in the UK.
Must be able to work from our Cardiff office full-time.
