I\'m looking for an IT Support Analyst with solid 1st/2nd line support experience to join a thriving manufacturing company based in North Oxfordshire!

The Role

As the IT Support Analyst, you will take ownership of the technical on boarding of new starters, including ordering equipment, setting up Windows laptops, installing Office365 and applications like Outlook. The IT Support Analyst will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of hardware and software, troubleshooting issues across all types of devices (desk/laptops/tablets/printers/switches etc.)

What\'s Required?

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, it is hoped that the successful IT Support Analyst technical experience and abilities will include:

• Demonstrable 1st / 2nd line Service Desk / Desktop Support experience
• Experience work with a ticketing system
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting Windows 10
• Office365
