Contract: Permanent - 37.5 Hours per week Salary: \xc2\xa328,000 - \xc2\xa330,000 Job brief: Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring business as usual activities can take place through effective logging, fixing and escalation of all support tickets that are logged with the IT Department. In addition to this, you will be required to set up and remove user accounts, install, and configure software and hardware and manage the printers across the business. You will have strong communication and customer service skills as well as a confident desk side support style. You will be proficient in using remote support tools and supporting a broad user base.
