Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote 2nd line IT incident support to users of Renault UK & Alliance partners, respecting SLA targets where appropriate.
- Follow documented task management processes for setting up joiners & decommissioning leavers.
- IT project & change support.
- IT asset management.
- Audio visual support.
- Auditing process support.
- Office event IT support.
- Windows 10/11.
- Office 365.
- A good understanding of IT Security.
- Basic network skills (network patching, use of VPN).
- Excellent customer and communication skills.
- Problem solving.
- Experience working in a second level IT support role.
- Experience of using an IT Service Management tool.
