What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

In this role, you\'ll be the go-to person for all things technical support. You\'ll provide exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and ensuring smooth operations across all systems. Some of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing include:

  • Troubleshooting, maintaining and diagnosing faults to determine root cause and establish a solution
  • Providing remote assistance to solve support issues
  • Monitoring the health an status of servers and systems
  • Maintain, support and manage hardware devices
  • Work in collaboration with other members of the IT department to resolve problems with business applications or any system related issues
  • Create knowledge base articles and guides for both IT colleagues and end-users for quick fixes and keep articles updated regularly

  • The ability to provide effective customer service.
