We have 2 FANTASTIC new opportunities for IT Service Desk Analyst\'s to join a well known Legal Firm based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. We\'re looking to speak with candidates with proven experience in providing 1st and 2nd Line support across a wide range of technologies, ideally from a Professional Services firm. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Logging and prioritising Service Desk calls
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, resolving cases
• Providing regular updates on the progress of open cases
• Set up and manage user accounts across a number of systems
• Review and release quarentined emails
• Support with setting up home working
• Create and maintain all Service Desk documentation

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

• Proven experience in a Service Desk role, ideally from a Legal, Accountancy or other Professional Services background
• Good knowledge of IT systems, most importantly, Microsoft and AV technologies
• Knowledge and experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Dell Laptops, Two Factor Authentication, IOS Mobile devices
• Comfortable working as part of a team but also using your own initiative
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
• Adaptable to change in relation to processes and software used
• The ability to attain objectives within agreed timescales and budgets
• Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
• You will be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
