IT Service Delivery Manager | Finance Sector | Permanent | \xc2\xa360,000 | Hybrid | London
Our client, a Charted Insurance Brokerage are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for onsite IT Service Delivery across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site IT support functions across all locations.
- Work closely with IT Operations, Application and Data teams to ensure effective problem management.
- Be responsible for incident, request, change and escalation processes.
- Maintain rotas and maintain consistent support coverage to the business.
- Act as the Primary Escalation point for the End Users on all Service Desk related issues.
- Experience of managing multi-site IT or support teams.
- Experience of IT asset and licence management.
- Experience of creating and managing an IT Service Catalogue.
- Able to coach and develop team members in implementing service management standards and processes.
