IT Recruitment Consultant- PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENT BASE

Birmingham

\xc2\xa326,000 \xe2\x80\x93 33,000 basic salary plus flat percentage commission on all billings, additional bonus, package including company discounts, pension, healthcare scheme, laptop, phone.

One of our clients has been awarded a place on a central government supply framework and is looking to expand its team with 2-3 additional consultants to service IT requirements within this contract.

Focusing on the supply of IT staff at all levels, from support to business change and management, this is a 360 consultancy position, as relationship building with individual client stakeholders is key, but it won\xe2\x80\x99t involve fee negotiation as you are already an approved supplier.

This position will suit a Recruitment Consultant with 1 year + of solid experience in either IT, technology or professional recruitment (e.g. finance/ engineering) looking to join an expanding agency with an established team already operating from Birmingham.

Our client are part of a leading national recruitment group, meaning you\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining a social and motivating office, have experienced managers who have been promoted within the business themselves to learn from and the backing of a resource function based in the same office.

The role is based in Birmingham centre but there is the option to hybrid work 1-2 days per week. Working hours are Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm.
