• Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent

• CCNA or Fortinet Certified Professional or equivalent

• Prince2 Project Management qualification

• ITIL qualification

Beneficial Skills & Experience

• Prince2 Project Management experience

• ITIL experience

• ISO, Cyber Essentials and other auditing frameworks experience

• Understanding of Cyber Security Principals

• Experience being part of a service desk team with a strong understanding of change management

• Support of Azure Active Directory, Azure vWAN, Azure Firewalls, Azure Landing Zone and Office 365 features (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams etc)

• Management and deployment of Fortinet Fortigate

• Management of Meraki Cisco switching and access points

• Management and Deployment of Microsoft Hyper-V

• Management of HPE Alletra

• Management of HPE Aruba switching
