About the role
Working within a project environment, you will work on new and existing system/modules and integrations. You will develop specifications from service area requirements, configuring and implementing them within small project teams and sometimes independently. In addition to project work, you will also work closely with service area colleagues to support and deliver resolutions to 1st-3rd line issues and queries via the IT Helpdesk.
About you
Significant experience of working in the social housing sector and IT admin experience of a known Housing Management System (HMS) is essential. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of administration, configuration/ implementation of at least one HMS. Experience of the MRI Housing Enterprise application (formally Orchard Housing) and modules is preferred.
This is a permanent role within the IT team. Candidates must be able to commute to the office when required, which could be daily on occasion and must have a permanent right to work in the UK to apply.
